Fly Broome

What a fantastic trip. Sadie, transferred us to and from our accommodation in a nice air condition coach to the airport, she was super friendly and helpful. Andrew was our pilot who greeted us at the airport and had us up in the air in no time chatting away with informative commentary and answering our questions. We were supplied with cold bottled water through out our journey. The aircraft are clean, comfortable and well maintained. We did the Horizontal Falls Trip, it was amazing as I’m sure the other trips are also. We had breakfast and a swim at Cape Leveque, it was all perfect. I can highly recommend you book with this company as you will not be disappointed and you will be sure to have a trip of a life time to remember, this team here effortlessly have you feeling and being part of one of the must do experiences whilst up in the Kimberley and Broome area of Western Australia There are others to choose from but this would be my 10/10 pick hands down. Hard to beat this one.

We went on the Horizontal waterfall tour and the combination of the epic scenery with pilot Andrew’s awesome knowledge of the area and great chats, made this one of the best tours I’ve been on. Cheers Andrew and Sadie. De and I absolutely loved it.

Kind of like rock star treatment. Fly across amazing countryside, lunch in beautiful remote Kimberleys with stunning scenery all the way home to be dropped at our doorstep. Pilot Eugene was the best!

Today we experienced Fly Broome to Cape Leveque via Horizontal Falls. I couldn’t even wait until we were home from our trip to review our experience. The whole day was very professional and we were treated to the most exceptional customer service. Sadie and Andrew have created something very special that is a must do in Broome. It was easily the highlight of our stay. Both Andrew and Sadie were so friendly, informative and filled with local advice! Highly recommend Fly Broome! seeing so much untouched land and landing at Cape Leveque is something you cannot explain and need to experience for yourself.

I am writing to convey my extreme disappointment and receive a refund for a recent flight my partner and I took with Fly Broome on Sunday 25th Oct. On initial arrival in Broome we did not think we would be able to fit a flight in so when you were able to accommodate us at short notice we were so excited and the anticipation was making us feel it was meant to be. This all went down hill from the tarmac before take off. I understand that we had a “last minute” booking but If it was explained to me that we wouldn’t be sitting together I would never have booked. I have been on tours before (ones much less expensive than this) and have received a courtesy call that sitting together may not be an option. This was never even mentioned as a possibility. Unfortunately this is the worst customer service experience and oversight from a company who claims “WE ARE DEDICATED TO MAKING SURE YOUR AIR ADVENTURE IS PERFECT” I have ever been privy to. The promise you made was nowhere near met. I spent 450km of a flight in tears at the back of a plane sitting by myself in the most furthest seat possible from my partner. From this position I had the luxury of watching the two couples in front of me take pictures with each other and point things out to each other and SHARE an unforgettable experience. To add to the painful experience that this was I was also forced (I took off my headset so I wouldn’t have to listen and was told to put it back on) to listen to the pilot ask multiple questions and interesting facts from my partner of his history in the area. An experience my partner and I should share not the pilot and my partner. The conversation itself was uncomfortable for my partner with him knowing that this interaction and moment should have been one for us. It’s worth noting we did get to sit together on the high flight home only due to my partner requesting from the pilot that we do. However, as you know the high flight back in is no different than flying a commercial plane into Broome so a bitter sweet moment in itself. Since then we have come home and gone back to work and seen friends and family. When normally flying over horizontal falls should be the best thing to brag about, and something on many peoples bucket list, I can’t even bring myself to tell people that I took the flight and if my partner does mention it its with regret. Regret that he did not say anything at the time before take off and regret he had no option but be in conversation with the pilot. The least of the disappointments of the day was the fact the falls weren’t even falling. Not only did this experience not leave a beautiful memory it did the exact opposite and has created a terrible one.
