We had a long-running contract dispute with a third party that lasted nearly a decade. We were firm in our belief the third party was in breach due to unconscionable conduct. Dispute resolution processes were followed with various regulatory bodies to no avail. After years of turmoil there was light at the end of the tunnel.nnOver the ensuing months a successful outcome was finally reached.
