Staff were excellent and very efficient. Quick service and I needed extra copies of documents when I returned, they sorted it out without a fuss.

BEWARE! Very disappointing, we hired a 4wd in Broome to specifically drive on Cable Beach and watch a few sunsets (nothing crazy)....when we picked the car up, we were told beach driving would void our contract! This didn't show anywhere when we booked online (probably hidden in the fineprint). We thought oh well, this is probably common with all car rental companies in Broome.....WRONG! While eating our dinner at Cable Beach (park) one evening, we noticed tons of rental cars driving down to the beach. Turns out Hertz are the only company in Broome that don't allow beach driving and other local companies like Broome Broome even supply eskies and deck chairs for beach visits.....was such a bummer we didn't just cancel our car rental that day at the airport and go with another company, but unfortunately we had two tired kids that were struggling in the heat. Don't make the same mistake as us, if you want to get the most out of your Broome holiday, don't book your car through Hertz!!!!!

Rude staff so many rules especially for a car that is being used in a place like broome you cant use it here or there extra money for insurance or pay 5000if someone else hits you dont get salt sand on it dont get mud on it was to scared to go anywhere in it i wont be using them again thats for sure days to get deposit back

Very rude experience with Hertz Especially in the times we are living in. Everyone needs to show compassion and kindness with lots of people vulnerable. I was belittled and treated like dirt. The lady was very hostile from the moment I arrived. Will happily rent elsewhere. 0 out of 5 stars for absolute appalling in house customer service
