One of the best nandos restaurants I've been to in Perth. Really friendly staff, great service and the chicken is cooked to perfection. Will be visiting this nandos restaurant again.

Waited half an hour for chips and garlic bread while my mates order was completely forgotten. Honestly just not on. Watched my garlic bread sit for 10 minutes while waiting for my chips

One of the worst customer service I ever have experienced. The staff is very ignorant and arrogant. I went there and the waiters are walking around and did not acknowledge me. This is the most rude thing when you are being ignored. Shame on you.

Was a nice experience, the food was delicious and it looked lovely. Went for dinner in a large group, and they struggled a bit with all the orders, so probably better for a small group. The toilets are also quite small, but overall it was lovely

Shocking experience, very poor customer service and the management was terrible. Heavily pregnant wife went in to order a halloumi wrap at 7:25 and was told the wait would be 20 mins. After 45 mins she was informed it would be a further 10 min wait, asked to see a manager for a refund and that was very difficult in itself. Managers customer service was 'i couldn't care less' attitude. Staff didn't know wait times based on ordering volumes coming in.nnwe will not be going back to the store until management change and actually empathies with customer. Owners of this franchise should be appalled
