They can help with a lot of tax questions. They helped my business grow with a great tax accounting programme. I have been using them now for 8years, and have taken away the stress of accounting.

Do not use this accountant! I have found them unprofessional and rude. I had a letter sent to me from the ATO saying part of my income had not been included in my 2017/18 tax return, so I went back to tax count and asked them to fix the mistake. They fixed the mistake and then said sorry and told me I would probably get a bill for $162, the bill from the ATO came through and it was $271! I rang tax count and asked if the money I paid for that that years tax return could be refunded to me as I didn't feel the service was up to scratch. Tax count argued with me as to how it was not their fault then agreed to pay me the $99 I had paid them for that years return, they then promptly hung up on me. A few days later I still had not been paid so I sent a text and received no response. A few days after that I rang them and was told they would "get to it" before they then hung up on me again. It has now been a week and I am no closer to getting a refund. I will be letting everyone I can know about the appalling service I have received from this company so that no one else has to go through this.
