I have been using Aries for years.
Cars are like brand new & always on time.
Staff are very friendly, helpful & understanding.
Very Disappointed, I booked 12 seater online and got call from them to confirm my details and I was told its all done.
Two days later they called again and I was told that the vehicle is not available due to the current customer wants it for longer 🤷🏻♂️.
Very unreasonable 👎🏻
Not worth the hassle dealing with this company. Go rent with other companies.
If you insist of doing business with them, make sure you bring along your dash cam to prove you did not hit anything while driving or parking.
Snap photos every inch of the car as prove you did not scratch or dent the car. Do not rely solely on their “inspection report” as you have a hard time to prove your innocence when returning the car!
Go elsewhere for better customer experience & your money’s worth.
Amazing service from a friendly staff! One of the cheapest in Perth with a wide range of vehicles. Highly recommendable!
