I traded in my old ute with a used car here on Saturday. It was a very busy day at that time. As expected they value my ute very low, because I like their used car so I agreed. Few hours later someone offered my ute $2000 more than their valuation. I called the salesman, Joe who’s very kind man and asked him if I can just pay all cash for the car I want without traded in my ute. He said usually is okay but he still need permission from his boss who is the used car manager and said he won’t take his call after work so he asked me to wait until Monday. Monday morning I called the dealer and asked for the used car manager, he wasn’t on his room so the reception told me he will call me back. Until afternoon he never call me back so I rang again and he take my call. Unhappily and gruntled he said I signed a contract so I still have to trade in my ute to other small car dealer that he has promised. So, instead of having his customer happy, he is willing to make his friend in another small car dealer happy. Well done sir, you’re the best in your business, I hope you’re happy and having a bbq with your small car dealer friend. To Joe the salesman, you’re the one who should be the used car manager there not him, thank you.

Got a second hand patrol off these guys in June, and got the extended warranty which was $3500+ I’ve had it less than 6 months and the exhaust manifold has gone on it, found out it’s not covered in the warranty, stat warranty not valid either, and then trying to sort something out with the crew here was quite insulting, giving me massively overpriced quotes on fixing it, and then charging me $150 for just looking over the vehicle! I would highly recommend looking at all other options before being the next unlucky person driving through these guys gates!

I was reassured today when my 100 series landcruiser was serviced including transmission .The service technicians, manager,Service staff all went over and above today . I will be returning definitely as reassurance and honest service wins me over every time .

Bought brand new Corolla Hybrid love the car and customer service. Thanks to Randall and his team very kind and non pushy salesman. Everything made seem easy and professional all the way.

Terrible service!! was quoted a ridiculous price for a repair on my driver side window, plus the quote to look at the window was excessive. In the process of them inspecting the driver side window they didn't reconnect the lead for the window switch and somehow managed to break the door locking mechanism. Rang and left a message didn't get a call back from the service agent. Was later contacted, only after replying negatively to a feedback survey message and was told someone would call me back as soon as possible, which did not happen. Have since taken my car to another automotive business who have repaired the issue with the driver side window for a third of what Canning vale Toyota quoted. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
