This particular outlet has a Monopoly over the Canning Vale area. Poor planning when it comes to catering meals for hungry customers. This restaurant has enough staff but efficiency and productivity is lacking. Common to wait between 15-20 minutes for your order. This outlet has certainly taken the "Fast" out of Fast Food. A major revamp is required to its operations.

I love KFC since I was a little kid. When you come near KFC you can practically smell the chicken that will make you feel hungry straight away. 9 for $9.95 chicken and $10 wicked wings are my favourite deals. For 9 for $9.95 deal usually there will be lots of queu around 5-6 pm. I usually come around 2-3 pm to avoid long queu.

4 years ago my family got food poisoning from here for about a couple days and didn’t eat there since. but then i ate there again and the go buckets are really good. they cook the food properly now and different people manage the food. not the best ever but definitely better than getting sick every time

Ordered 5 pieces of tenders through drive thru and was given 5 pieces of chicken. Drove home and fee lk used the wrong order was given. Spoke and explained to girl at both counters b4 ordering that I want tenders. Came back and I feel I should not have been charged but manager was more keen to get the 5 pieces of chicken which I had it with me and happily returned it. This has happened quite a few times. Listening and repeat order skills are required. More pro fessionalism....

It’s been 20 minutes since I placed my order on the app and been standing in the store. I could have conquered the world in the time it’s taken the 5 people here to make some chips and popcorn chicken. How hard is that?? I don’t even know why I bother coming here. Do yourself a favour and don’t (or go through the drive thru, apparently there is classism here, and those abled in cars are more important than us legged folk)
