Domino's Pizza Blackwood

We ordered 2 pizzas and they were quite nice, just a shame they were not what we ordered. We couldn't really identify what they should have been between the order receipt and the pics on the website, but definitely no prawns in sight! It seems the ingredients were all mixed up over the 2 pizzas. Tasty enough, but we won't bother again.

My negative experience with Domino's pizza began the minute I picked up the phone. After clearly explaining everything about my order, I was asked for all of the information I had just given. The time quoted for this pickup order was 10 minutes, after waiting the 10 minutes I went inside and to my HORROR I discovered that the pizza was STILL 8 minutes away!! Once again, I waited patiently in my car while my stomach was groaning from the hunger of not having eaten all day. 8 minutes was up, I went inside and the was CRESTFALLEN to find I had to wait another 7 minutes. All in all, I waited 25 mins (approx.) and was BETRAYED to find ONLY FOUR PIECES OF CAMEMBERT ON MY CHICKEN AND CAMEMBERT PIZZA. I am sympathetic for all the workers in this store who have obviously not been given the correct training to serve customers and operate as a proper Dominos store should. Hopefully next time I come to your store I have a more positive experience. Rob xx

Poor customer service!! Don’t bother. Delivery to the wrong suburb, same street just didn’t bother to check the correct location. Called up and was not helpful. Was argumentative over the phone. It’s just disappointing that a organisation like this lets their Blackwood store be run by people like this.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I honestly would.nI ordered 3 pizzas tonight, and 2 of them and had ingredients mixed up between 2 pizzas and one of the bases was very doughy.nI called the store to let them know what had been mixed up and they said they would remake them and it would take around 30 minutes (frustrating as I'm 5 mins away).nnAnyways I waited 35 minutes and the pizzas were delivered, only to find out they had STILL messed up the pizzas, as 2 of the 3 we're missing ingredients.nWhen I called to let them know this the young girl I spoke with was very sarcastic about my complaint and honestly didn't seem to care at all.nI also let her know that the pineapple is almost always missing from supreme pizza (as was one of the issues tonight) so they might wanna look into it. Her answer was that different people work every night and there isn't much pineapple on supreme pizzas anyways so it shouldnt matter... (Rude)nnShe started asking for my card information over the phone to process a refund for the 2 incorrect pizzas only to stop halfway and say it needs to be processed by head office. I asked if she was sure it would be processed without needing any other info as she didn't seem very sure herself and she said of course and almost laughingly told me to have a nice day.nnI was shocked at the level of sarcasam, and so was my family as I had her on loudspeaker, so rung back to the store to make a complaint about the girls attitude and handling of the situation.nUnfortunately I was only met with a young man who said he didn't see an issue as he heard her on the phone and thought her attitude was fine by him.nnHonestly the worst food and customer experience I have ever received and has 100% lost my families business.
