Asked for assistance from information desk,they paged someone however no one bothers to turns up ,lots of staff wandering around aimlessly chatting with other staff.nAfter waiting went back to desk and the young lad just says sorry and I end up leaving.Managent needs to implement a better process to assisting customers and not just hope a staff member will action a page request.Let see if a manger response to this or is he or she in need of customer service training.

It's good but the layout is a mirror reverse of the port road Bunnings. My main issue with Bunnings is that they slot in cheap reject shop products amongst the brand name products, which would be fine if they weren't price hiked to the same as name brand. Most notably eagle or trojan brand. Also please get rid of the self scanners if they aren't going to be turned on

Gee Lady at the front RUDE!nJess the lady who served us who was in training extremely rude. Was told we should have gone to the timber section to pay for it all because she was to lazy to find out the price. Very bad customer service. Very pleased with one guy who worked there though he was very helpful not sure how he deals with the rudeness of his co workers. Don't think I'll be returning to this store.
