Great place to train, with a terrific atmosphere at any time of the day. Awesome coaches who drive the members to get the best out of themselves at every session. Excellent variety, no two sessions are ever the same and great flexibility as far as class times go - no real downside in my opinion

The only training I've done that has toned and shaped without a diet. Atmosphere is great and trainers are amazing, would recommend for everyone at any level.

Excellent training and coaches, friendly and approachable. I love coming to F45 and always feel welcome despite my low fitness level. Everyone trains at their own pace and the coaches work hard to motivate and cater for the needs of each participant.
