Worst GP I never had before . Even make appointments, Still have to waiting 40mins. That’s waste people time.

Have unfortunately had to deal with Dr Davies-Hakeem multiple times. He is very rude and impatient, and shakes his head at his patient who doesn't have as much of a medical understanding as he does. Should not be in a field which involves caring for people, because he only cares about getting you out his office fast enough. Oh and this is after being made to wait 40+ minutes multiple times. Horrible service.

The worst clinic ever. Please do not go there. Computers were broken so they could not open my file, I was left there after a hip surgery, the nurse was not using gloves (I had to request it), the dressing I needed was not available, and... I had to pay 50,00 dollars to change the dressing!!! I just went to a pharmacy and the dressing costs 17!!! I can easily do it myself. The doctor has not recognized me as his patient... disgusting. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place should be closed by the medical authorities.

WORST GP EVER, DON'T EVER GO THERE Had a 10.50 appointment just to get a medical certificate. Waited till 11.30 and then asked the receptionist, who is extremely cold and rude from the moment you walk in (and even on the phone trying to book an appointment.) I was told that the doctor is running a LITTLE LATE! A man came in for his sons 11.15 appointment and he got told the same, except that he had been there before and last time he waited an hour longer than his scheduled appointment. He walked out immediately, so I left as well. Ended up going to the pharmacy and paying $2 for a statutory declaration instead and getting prescribed some cold and flu tablets.

Dr Vasanth Govindappa is the best. His prescribed medicines have always worked. He listens to all questions very respectfully and attends to them. He sees that each medical plan set out is completed and follows up. Best doctor we have ever had.
