Cannington Family Doctors

I used to live in the area and enjoyed coming here as the drs and girls at the front were all wonderful. I just drove from Morley because I was hoping for the same care when getting my newborn immunised. I can still say the doctor and nurse was great, but the receptionist is extremely rude! Been a while since I came across anyone that unpleasant...she rolled her eyes at me! Very unprofessional and I’m not coming back.

Had all my concerns addressed in caring and respectful manner. Booking was timely when I needed it and appointment was not rushed. They made me feel like a person and not like a number as the case of many practises these days. Would recommend Cannington Family Doctors to all my family and friends. Many comprehensive services available here in the one place.

The doctors and nurses are wonderful however, since the regular receptionist left about 3-4 months ago, the other two replacements have been arrogant and rude. As a regular I expected to be cared for a lot more since they’re the face of the company. Both times I called up following up records or documentation they hung up on me. Thankfully my previous doctors sent through my records free of charge from 2012-2019.

Excellent service from Dr Sepideh Jahangiri My wife had stomach ache for 15 years, they took out her apandicit because they were suspicious of apandicit without any success. Her stomach ache happens very irregularly, no one could realise what it is. We've been so many times to different hospitals Alfred hospital in Melbourne, so many doctors and We have to take her to hospital every month. We took her to Dr Sepideh and without even a test, she realised It is FMF. She prescribed a medicine and described exactly what are the causes. After using those medicines my wife issues completely gone. I still can't believe how quickly and easily she realised it. We are really thankful for her help 😊

I've seen a couple of the doctors here and all of the staff have been very helpful. The medical care wasn't rushed and I felt like the doctor really listened. The receptionist was very accommodating when I needed to shuffle appointments around to get a medical certificate. Great bulk bill medical practice with long opening hours.
