Herald Avenue Family Practice - Spurge Gary DR

Dr Gary Spurge has been family Doctor for over 20 years. He has accommodated time, care and empathy throughout the years. Excellent referring to correct specialist and very sincere. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Great clinic! Receptionists are so lovely to deal with. The nurses are so caring and gentle, I hardly ever feel my annual flu shot! The GPs are very knowledgeable and always seem to care. They love a good joke. I've never had to wait long, but there are magazines and a tv to keep me occupied until my appointment.

I've been seeing Dr Spurge for the last year after I moved into the area. He's fantastic! Knowledgable, kind, speaks to with respect and is a great laugh along the way. The staff at Herald Ave are always lovely and helpful too.

The first time was good - we had good conversation about my problem. However, I had bad experience on the second and third time with a different illness - he wasn't interested in diagnosing the pain which I had had most of the day every single day for half a year. The consultation lasted for only a few minutes and left me an impression that I was imagining the pain.

I have seen Dr Spurge for at least 10 years, he's incredibly thorough, knowledgeable on a large range of specialities including women's health, he's also a kind man with a great sense of humour.
