Bentley Plaza Family Practice

Dr. Victor Roshan is absolutely wonderful! He was extremely thorough and professional during my appointments. Dr. Victor really took the time to listen to me and make me feel comfortable. By far one of the best GP experiences I have ever had. Reception was very friendly and helpful as well.

I have been going to the Bentley plaza medical centre since 2 years. Dr Bhamjee is very good Dr and very helpful friendly. He has always been a great helpful to me. He treats his patient as his own family. I would recommend anyone to see him if needed to have regular GP.

A referral was supposed to be sent to Fiona Stanley hospital on the 12th March 2020. I have had to follow up with the hospital and this practice(in person and by phone) 4 times until a fax was sent and received by the CRS on the 24th July(4 months after my initial appointment)! The CRS people told me that the only referral they received was the one sent on the 24th July and they responded back to Bentley FP two days later on the 28th that they required more info. Bentley practice failed to communicate this back to me. It took me calling CRS to find the information out. When you potentially have a serious condition this lack of care and attention to detail is completely unacceptable. I went here because of the bulk billing option but learned my lesson the hard way.

Have always had positive experiences with Dr Gopisetty & Dr Bhamjee, they are friendly , professional and have a strong relationship with my 2 year old son ( been seeing them since 4 days old). The only issues I see are the practice is now closed on weekends which makes it hard to get appointments and the on duty nurse isn't that great.

The doctors are pretty good (especially Dr De Mello who I can't fault at all - very attentive and informative), but the practice has a habit of running like a car with square wheels. It's understandable that doctors can run behind schedule, but when you call and ask how late they are running and you are told 10 minutes behind, you don't expect to go in 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment and then wait a further 70 minutes with a young baby. This has happened on more than one occasion too, clearly something is amiss with the running of the practice - over-scheduling/under-staffing/etc.
