Dr Ritthy Sovann is a great Doctor. He enabled me when others would not.

Always kind and courteous.... Professional and respectful to everyone... thank you wonderful staff past and present... Those who don't agree... please stop. and think about it from a different point of view. Just for a moment..

New staff are very nice and friendly. It is a medical centre, you're gunna have to wait regardless.The nurse is super friendly, and kind. I feel super comfortable with the doctors and they know how to have a laugh whilst remaining professional at the same time. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a friendly setting with no judgement.

Dr Ritthy was very rude, unprofessional and uneducated. The second time I booked an appointment with him after our initial appointment, he completely forgot he did any tests for me to begin with and kept asking me questions I already answered before. I was there for my CT scan results and he briefly went through it and told me there were lymphoid tissue mass findings. I was calm and polite like I always am, I honestly couldn’t be rude to anyone if I tried so I honestly don’t know why he was so horrible to me. He googled the findings from my scan and told me he will send a referral for me to test for lymphoma cancer. Now, I’m not expecting any sympathy from anyone, but this put me into a little bit of shock and I was holding back tears. He just seemed like he was completely void of human compassion and he just tried rushing me out of his office. He didn’t even say good bye to me after he went and got a swab test for my throat afterwards. He walked off into another room and I had to follow him to ask if I could leave and if our appointment was done. Needless to say I didn’t go back to him for the other tests, I went elsewhere so I wouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable. He honestly made me feel like I was just something on the bottom of his shoe, an annoyance I guess. He shouldn’t even be a doctor with this disgusting behaviour. Never coming back here again. If you have a serious illness and need some caring support, do not see this boy as he couldn’t care less.

Only visited once to see Dr Sovann. He's professional and comes across as quite knowledgeable and thorough, but he's always running late. The receptionist even warned me of this on booking and told me to always call before attending. Even then, I'd be told he was on time to then turn up and have to wait. My first appointment, he needed to do a small surgery on me, but would mean I'd have to hang around an extra hour, so I asked to do that in a follow up appointment. He was over 30 min behind in that second visit (after the reception told me he was on schedule), so I haven't been back since.
