Mackay North State School Primary

We have 2 boys here. Grade 1 and grade 6. It is the second year for the grade 1 child (who attended prep last year) and the first year for the grade 6 child who we transferred across from a private school. We are very happy with the way the boys have integrated and philosophy of the school. The teachers seem very involved and the head mistress is very good, very approachable and instills a lot of confidence. I much prefer this school to the private.

Decent enough school and the largest school im the region fairly central location though traffic can be horrendous at pick up and drop off times along with a massive lack of parking spaces available
