Dr Su is the most switched on and empathetic medical practitioner I have ever been to. Her care over 18 months has turned my life around after struggling for 4 years. She takes care of my whole family.

I have had one really good doctor here and one terrible one. It annoys me that no matter how much detail you put into your online booking you still get told to come back another time because your appointment required something specific or you spend the entire time explaining the same thing time and again. I fee like I have to lead one of the doctors there through the entire process and basically do the job for them. I go to the doctors for help, not to be messed around

I am very upset that this inic refused my daughter to come in for treatment of tonsilitis. She had taken a covid test last week on advice of another dr who refused her antibiotics for her tonsilitis then when she was getting very ill this dr refused to see her? Why are we cheering on these people when they are refusing to give basic medical help. Do not go there, they will not help you !!!!!

I have been a patient of Thornlie Square Medical for a couple of years now. All the staff and GP's are very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and have always looked after me well. Five star service! If you're looking for a caring medical center, I recommend Thornlie Square Medical Centre!
