After Hours GP Clinic

Would never recommend this place nor the GP to anyone. I had my appointment booked for Dr. James Aniyi. There was a delay which is totally understandable as it was a sunday. I consulted the doctor for hay fever symptoms. The doctor wrote me a prescription for a tablet to ease my symptoms. I went to the nearest pharmacy to get it. Imagine my shock when the pharmacist told me that particular tablet was banned in Australia from the past 6 years. How could a currently practising doctor do that.. I still gave him the benefit of doubt and took the prescription n went back to him. The GP was not really happy with me going back n he tore off the prescription straight away n casually mentioning that it wasn't updated on the clinic's system. Such reckless behaviour for such a grave mistake. Somebody has definitely not done their job either the doctor or the clinic owner who has not bothered to update their systems.. I am also planning to take this up further channels as I don't want another person like me being subjected to such grave medical negligence.

Even with an appointment we waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor. They had our number they could have called us and we would have come down later. A little consideration and we would have been happy to come later

Honestly this is the worse clinic I've ever been to when I booked online 8.30pm and I've seen @ 9.30pm. At 8.30pm someone else was called in and I asked the lady at front desk when am I getting seen by a doctor she replied after that that patient So after the 3 patients was seen I asked her again and she said should be you next i dont know why they going in before you. Awww really this is bl shitt

My husband was getting progressively sick today. I called up this clinic and spoke to the receptionist. Based on the reviews, I wanted to make sure that if I took my husband to the clinic, he'd be seen. She said there was a wait but it's likely he'd been seen. (We've previously been to this clinic and had no issue, but it's good to be sure.) So, I bundled him into the car, drove down, checked in with the receptionist and we joined the queue. The wait was about 45 minutes, and we saw Dr Peter who - considering the queue - was very patient and thorough. Great patient care.
