I got my temporary work visa after a refusal of nomination via another immigration agency. Ping, is definitely a hard worker person, she works hard and works overtime if need be,she is extremely thorough and go trough every details and keep a consistency. However,the process of me getting specific paperwork could have been shorten if I would have been given more notice. But Let's be honest I was on a briginging visa where most likely my appeal was going to be refuse,still after 8 months of hard work with Ping and a proper assessment she got me through and allow me to stay for another 2 years.

Without Ping I honestly don't think my 187 visa with my partner would have been possible, the incredible work and attention she gave was just insane. The visas aren't an easy process, and it isn't, but ping regularly reassured us, and encouraged the amount of work she puts in is just amazing and makes the process that tiny a bit more easy. The hard work, she put in was just remarkable. any questions we had, she answered and quickly to. I would recommend her service again and again. I have already given her number to a few of my friends. if you want someone that goes above and beyond to help you a achieve the dream. then ping is the one to go for. you wouldn't regret it. a true 5* service. we will be forever thankful

Appreciate all the fantastic support from ACE. My family got visas granted directly in only 4 months, while the expected processing time is 12 - 13 months. That was an unbelievable outcome! Especially, I want to send a truly great thanks to Ping. As a short deadline, she has worked really hard even though she was sick and was working on the weekend. I have never thought any visa consultant can work like her. Thanks Ping. I recommend to everyone.
