We didn't actually get to stay, however the customer service from the manager, Gabby was outstanding. Gabby explained the options when we were no longer able to come for our 9 night holiday and helped rearrange the booking. Very grateful to have such an understanding person helping us sort it out. We hope to visit in 2021.
The grounds and facilities here are certainly worthy of the 5 stars. Came down for a few nights camping and it was such a nice spot. Camp kitchen and showers/toilets were in such great condition i think many well travelled campers would miss this place once they leave. Have already booked into return in the new year. Loved it
Two friends and I spent two nights in a superior spa chalet overlooking the inlet. It was delightful: clean, comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the off-peak concession allowing dogs and had a very handsome furry neighbour.
We gave the frying pan a pre-use scrub with the green scourer. That is one point that may need keeping an eye on: the condition of saucepans.

Pretty bad experience. Reception is pretty incompetent. Couldn't even figure out how to email me my booking. The camping sites at the back are like a swamp. The crazy amount of bugs means you can't be outside your tent. You have to selectively choose the campsites with the least grass at the highest points so that water and bugs do not collect. We left before our booking was finished.
Great spot under the trees. Big open park, we'll laid out. Good access to walking tracks. Ablutions clean although a bit smelly (wondered if an issue with septics) Lots of kangaroos throughout...counted around 100 at one stage)
