Worse ways and worse places in this world to make a dollar. Sunrise has good honest people doing good honest work! That's not saying it's perfect, but it's at least heading in the right way.

DANGER DANGER DANGER !!! If you're a non smoker then plan to get lung cancer from the passive smoke as 80% of workers chain smoke and they are such non courteous people. The amount of smoke breaks they have should warrant dismissal as they are constantly taking smoke breaks. They smoke inside buildings, enclosed workshops, wherever they like without regard of anyone else. They stand up wind at the opening of a workshop door and five people all smoking at once the wind blows the smoke into the workshop. Supervisors and managers DON'T read your JHA's they just sign them. They change out components and parts and don't even isolate or lock out the equipment. It's a poorly managed site. Far too many bosses and not near enough actuall physical workers. The camp is ok. But ESS need a lesson in actually CLEANING a room, not just changing the sheets and pillow cases. Under the beds are an inch thick of dirt, showers are black with mould. The food is good though, nice variety and tasty. But as for safety on site and people adhering to the site rules as listed in the induction, what a joke. A serious incident or death will occur at this site unless a competent person whips this circus into action. It's run by inept people. Sub standard workmanship.
