Dr Jane Fitch

Dr Jane Fitch is wonderfully helpful in my own experience, i look forward to seeing her and have much optimism when walking out. Which is a huge improvement for someone that has had such a strong anxiety for trusting health professionals, an aversion I didn't know if I'd ever overcome. Thanks Jane, it means a lot. Also i like having extra quiet time to collect my thoughts in the waiting room, handy to be prepared with questions and reflections written down.

Extremely happy with Jane. She explained everything so well, helped me to understand the way my brain works and why it does what it does. I really appreciate this as I want to know why, understand how and not just treat with medication alone. She was very professional and took me seriously. I don't usually leave reviews but made the extra effort to do so for Jane as I am so happy with the service she provided.

I’m sure she is a great doctor, hence why she seems to be in demand. Nevertheless, my one star is for the complete inability to contact this doctor or her receptionist in any capacity. I have been attempting for a couple of years now just to make contact with a human. Phone calls are never answered; voicemails are not returned; emails are not responded to. I understand Dr Fitch may be very busy and limited resources may be overstretched; that being said, it’s incredibly frustrating for potential patients trying day after day and week after week getting no response whatsoever. I just wanted to be put on a waitlist, but this experience has been rather infuriating so I guess I’ll go elsewhere or give up *shrugs* Very disheartened.
