Palmyra Family Dental

I've been there initially for a consultation to discuss the plan and took a few months before executing the plans and have now been there twice for a tooth extraction and one follow up check up and all the time I can honestly say that I am very happy and impressed with everything right from the receptionist and the dentist I saw. Just very friendly, outstanding and excellent customer service and very reasonably priced too, couldn't be happier with the service and experience I get from them. Thank you guys for making what is a scary experience for me to be as less painful and friendly as it could be.

Dr Geoffrey was to the point, addressed my main concern, and is very gentle. The receptionist was lovely too. I cannot recommend Palmyra Family Dental highly enough.

Lovely and friendly dentists! Too bad my then 2 year-old wouldn't cooperate, but the dentists still accommodated and encouraged him to keep up with good dental hygiene. 😁

Hmm where do I begin. The location is not that hard to find, the clinic is right beside the bus stop — good for public commuters! The parking lot is not too big but more than enough. I went inside the clinic and it was clean and peaceful. Staff are friendly and professional, they will never make your day boring! Doctor Naomi Ting was so professional and friendly, usually I never liked going to the dentist but after my session, it made my impression otherwise. My teeth has never been taken care of like this before! The receptionist lady was funny too, I think everybody in that clinic are full of positive vibe. 5 stars for an excellent customer service. - Jervey Sanson

Lovely little dentist with excellent customer service. When I was booking my toddler in for her first appointment the receptionist happily offered to make a phone call on my behalf to check if we were eligible for assistance and promptly called me back. So nice to have someone who makes a busy mums day a little easier! The dentist and assistant that my daughter saw were both super lovely and so child friendly that it was almost a treat for her to go to the dentist :)
