Highly recommend GI clinic Myaree. Impressed with highly experienced Dr Abrigiato and his professional medical team, giving personal and compassionate care. Amazing level of nursing care, organised admin staff, clean and well presented clinic.

Would give no stars if I could,on hold for 15 minutes whilst the receptionist was speaking to someone else in the office about paperwork and daily tasks etc,so I could hear everything in the back ground,after 15 minutes receptionist came back on phone to see would I mind if I could stay on hold for longer which I was about to say no could you call me back,but was abruptly put back on hold,2 minutes more passed then cut off,called 3 more times no answer,4th time got through to another receptionist who told me she would have to pass me over to another person which I think was the 1st person ,details taken quickly,trying to ask and get answers to quick questions was like getting blood from a stone!- Booking confirmed but upon reflection cancelled booking and asked doctor to refer me to another consultant,AVOID at all costs, professionalism and compassion is what is required when calling for medical appointments.Probally the worst customer/patient experience I have had in Perth which is saying alot as customer service is not great in Perth at the best of times.

Trying to recover a $250 excess that I am owed is a nightmare. They have a woman who handles unpaid accounts greater than 2 yrs old and another who deals with "newer" unpaid accounts. Must be Limited Company, you wouldn't want to be a shareholder.

Staff at GI were lovely and professional~ Was very nervous but they made sure I was okay. Was given some nice snacks and milo after the procedure. Thank you~

Yesterday I was booked for my Colonoscopy, after not eating for 2 days and taking the required steps to clean the bowel I was prepared for the Procedure which was booked for 3pm. There was to be no fluids consumed 2 hours before, all good. Arrived at 3pm only to have to wait until 6.30 pm to be admitted. there was no information offered as to why except they are busy out there and here I am no fluids for 5 and a half hours.Finally the procedure was over and after recovery I was was offered a cup of tea and some miserable dry biscuits in packets. I will never go there again or recommend this place.
