I’m not one to usually take the time to review things online but felt I had to in this situation. Was a last minute order to surprise the wife and she was overwhelmed by the beautiful bunch of flowers she received! Totally professional service from the minute I contacted them even though I had to change the delivery address twice on them. Lovely group of people - Highly recommend!

The most amazing customer service I have experienced in such a long time! I received a phone call today from the flower run letting me know that they delivered the flowers I had ordered to the address I had given them and that they had a call from the people at the address informing them that the people I had sent it to did not live there. As I turns out I had given the flower run the wrong address i put in the wrong suburb. They offered to send a fresh bunch free of charge to the correct address the following business day even though it was my own mistake and not theirs. I even offered to pay for my mistake and they insisted they would do it with no charge. The lady on the phone was super friendly and very understanding how Amazing is that! I highly recommend using the flower run!!

Flower Run provided the most spectacular bouquet. Even when there was a hiccup, they contacted me promptly and provided the best service. I just wish they lived in my country so I could order from them for myself! Highly recommend them. You will absolutely not be disappointed!
