Looks like its from the service station :( Preordered online last night, looks like the dregs have been thrown together. Shame because we’ve used them numerous times before and the bunches have been great. Really disappointing.

I'm a Freo girl living in Canada. I wasn't able to get home for a funeral the other day. The Little Posy Co. put together a beautiful posy and gift package for my friend (who's mother had passed). While nothing could make not being there any better, knowing that my friend was able to get home from the funeral and have tea, chocolate and flowers waiting for her was so wonderful. Being able to rely on The Little Posy Co. all the way over in Canada is so comforting. These folks will easily be my go to florist in Perth from now on.

I've used the Little Posy Co for a few years now. I like that if I submit my order before a particular time, the recipient receives it that same day. I was living overseas this year and used them to deliver flowers to friends and family back home. The reason I keep coming back to Little Posy Co. (beside the "free delivery") is the excellent customer service. If there's an issue they will call or email immediately and do everything they can to ensure a smooth order. I even made a terrible mistake, entering in an incorrect address (Thanks, Google auto-spell!) and despite it being my fault for not double checking, The Little Posy Co bent over backwards to re-direct, and then eventually, have to re-send, my order the following day ensuring the recipient received my order. I acknowledge this was a lot of hassle & extra work on their behalf, even though it was my fault. I appreciate the hours and energy that had gone into correcting my error (and I was never made to feel bad about it!). If you want a reliable flower delivery service that also provides good, old-fashion, excellent customer service, then you can't go past The Little Posy Co.
