Very unprofessional, showed no skills in doing my tax and continually losing paperwork Infront of herself. Instead of advising me, I did my research and called back to find out she never offered me returns available for simple laundry and other entitlements that don't require reciept, but which I am entitled. I thought this is why we hire accounts, for advice and knowledge, none here at Trinity. After a week on a very simple return I'm still unsure why it hasn't been lodged. I have decided to stop wasting my time with this company and taking my business to a professional. After finding a professional that knows her business, I managed to over double my return on simple entitlements I was eligible for. My advice, easy to find better then here, worst I have experienced in 22 years.
