Walked in the store today and I was very disappointed with their service. There were 2 sales assistance just standing there. They did not even greeted me and did not even bother to ask me if I need anything. I waited for 5 mins inside the shop waiting for someone to approach me but they were just looking at me. I was going to buy a bracelet for my self. I walked out and went to Swarovski QVB instead in which they have a very good customer service.

Visited here on 23rd Dec. Spent a long time browsing before deciding on a pair of earrings for a gift. Young lady at the counter had just watched me browsing but as soon as I made eye contact she was very helpful and attentive. She immediately found the earrings I had chosen. When she opened the box to show me she noticed they weren’t quite perfectly wrapped (I would never have noticed) so she fetched me another pair. Excellent customer service. I didn’t get the young lady’s name but funny thing was she was wearing the exact same design earrings I had chosen.

Service and range were great. The lady looking after me was extremely helpful, friendly and unhurried despite the store being busy as it was the Friday before Christmas.

I can't believe how unprofessionell this store is. I bought a ring online and picked it up at swarovski. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. I visit this store few days later to change the ring with the right size. Luckily they had the right size, but to change the ring I had to do another transaction and they would refund it back. The problem is, when I bought it online I recieve a 10% discount, and the transaction at the store was without the 10% discount, but the refund was the ammount with the discount. I paid literally more for the same thing and it took a week until they refund me money. I just expected more seriousity from a store like this.
