Incredible service! Dylan created me 10 great names which I used for signs, billboards and branding on menus. My son plans to use the slogans that Dylan created us on Some social media sites he told me to really promote the brand. Thank you so much for helping us and I hope that everyone else will use this service to help their own businesses.

Had an issue with my MacBook, managed to get an appointment on Wed 3pm. Was told it would take 5 working days to fix. I explained we lived 490km away & were leaving Perth on Friday morning at 9am. They went above & beyond & had the repair done by 1pm on Thursday. Amazing service. Thank you

Recently had my 3 year old Macbook Pro battery replaced as it had died a third of the way into its life. Stated clearly that I was not prepared to pay for the repair due to this (cycle count was only around 370/1000). Not covered under either warranty however as it was a fail of their part a free repair was approved. They not only replaced the battery but the top case as well! Quick turnaround and excellent customer service, especially by my Genius Richard. Very, very happy customer :)

Went to have my Macbook looked at by the genius bar as it had been having some issues starting up as well as with the shift key. The team was very courteous and helpful which i really appreciate as everyone is prone to getting quite exhausted this time of year (Luke was amazing!!!). Wanted to give out a shoutout to Alex at the genius bar who provided an authentic and warm experience. He was happy to explain all the technical jargon and run me through what I was signing. Will absolutely be back to see him and the team again.
