I came into the Mandurah store on Saturday just gone and I just want to say the customer service I received was the best i've had in a long time! I had been looking for denim jeans in the forum with no luck and with little to no help an I was on my way out until I passed the universal store so I decided to give it a go and I was greeted with a very warm welcoming straight away and even asked how my day had been going, which I hadn't got in any store I had been in that day.
I was helped by a girl with short dark hair and a man who wore glasses as I needed some extra opinions. I ended up getting two pairs of jeans because the information the girl had about the denim was great and really helped me select the pair that actually fits because I always struggle with sizing, she even suggested the best way to care and wash them which I never knew about. honestly the environment of that store is great, they where happy and laughing which makes stressful shopping easier, we need more stores like this!!!!
Good items, poor customer service. Held an item behind the counter. Came back 5mins before closing and got told the till had been closed and it was too late. Generally poor vibe from her too
