No interest in customer service when contacted .
This "local" media outlet likes take photos of people at events. That's great, however they fail EVERYTIME to highlight the "local" small businesses who are also involved in making events and occasions special. Waroona Show 2019 is a prime example. Pics of rides and Carnival people who are fly ins, and only 1 of the local community Bank, St.Johns and 2 stallholders. What about the Foodies who are local, the Wineries who are local,Seriously The Farmers who are local? If you can't rely on your own local community newspaper to support you then what have you got? Research what locals will be at these events, support them as they are supporting the community!!
I simply pick up my catalogues to deliver in my papers.
