Our entire experience was amazing. Every animal looked happy and healthy, entry prices were fair, paths were well maintained and we found it easy to navigate through the park with a pram. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to spend with family/kids. Can get close to kangaroos, wallabies, potoroos and feed them. Unfortunately koala close ups and animal experiences are suspended due to COVID. Plenty of free parking spaces are available. A nice cafe and clean rest rooms are available.

Quite scenic, exquisite park (35 hectares) with great views. A major highlight is the experience of feeding the animals (you can approach some very closely) which is quite unique and captivating. Views are sublime, particularly from the Adelaide Lookout. The greenery is unparalleled, giving a sensation of a forest at the trails nearby the woodland aviary. Animals are scarcely populated throughout the park, although only featuring native ones, although a large variety is present (130 species). That said, it does not have many tourist facilities, with only one cafe selling mainly drinks and chips (although the quality is good). There is also standardized gift shops and souvenirs. An interesting feature is the Oceans to Outback exhibition just nearby the entrance/exit, featuring fascinating exhibitions and information on amphibians and snakes. Overall this park is a great place for tourists and families, although located further from the city and not as accessible.

Your fantastic day out begins with the lovely drive up to Cleland through the hills, and once you arrive at the park you are met with nothing but friendly people and staff. You can stroll at your own pace through the grounds, while having cute little pottaroos or possibly kangaroos or even wallabies, either coming up to say hello, or allowing you to go to them, calmly and gently, to possibly give them a pat or feed them some pellets you can purchase in a bag on arrival. They have the cutest Koalas, the biggest and hairiest nosed wombat, Dingos by 3, Pelicans, parrots, Cocckatoos/Galahs, Turtles, and echidnas, butterflies to snakes and even a pair of Tasmanian devils. Just to name a few... It’s a great family day out and you can take your own picnic for lunch or enjoy the great food on offer in their cafe/visitor centre. (Just quietly, their hot chips are perfection! :)...) All in all, a relaxing, very enjoyable family day out. :)
