We recently had our house built through Kookaburra Homes and we were extremely happy with our journey from start to finish. The house was finished earlier than expected and the final finishes were excellent. Everyone at Kookaburra Homes was very friendly and willing to help us with anything. Ahmed was very helpful, patient and explained everything very well to us during pre contract planning. Jessie was so helpful, friendly and understanding during our selection process. Daryl was very good throughout the building stage and kept us updated along the way and through handover. We would recommend Kookaburra Homes to anyone wanting to build a new home. We are just starting our journey with building our forever/dream home. Nordz and Abraham have been amazing - no questions are too much trouble, and every change (there have been many) has been attended to. Everyone I speak to has nothing but praise for Kookaburra. The walk through of the display home in Mt Barker was definitely the decider. Everything is top quality.

Great Staff and Trades people, Quality build with a great finish. Built and finished ahead of schedule. On site supervisors were great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Girls in office kept us informed and replied to emails quickly. Awesome painter. Had the chance to meet the Kookaburra owner on site twice. Nice too see him there, great to talk to. Nice touch. No defects at handover and all is well. Thanks Kookaburra team, it was a lot less stressful than we thought it would be. Cheers.

We have now had the pleasure to build two homes with Kookaburra Homes. Both were managed by a building inspector throughout the whole process who advised both homes were constructed to the highest of quality. Everyone we have dealt with at Kookaburra Homes from sales, to selections, accounts and the owners have been fantastic!
