Suburban Taxis Adelaide

An absolute joke! You wonder why taxi's are losing business. The exact same route in an uber was estimated at $32. A suburban taxi was out front of where we were leaving so we thought hey I'm sure it will cost the same, support the industry, it cost $53... The driver took the most direct route, there was no traffic. Suburban taxi you are a joke and I will never catch a taxi again. Take a hard look at your business. You try to support the industry and you get burnt. What a waste of my money and I hope the extra $20 you earned goes well to the additional four cups of coffee you will buy before your business goes in to liquidation. Sincerely a former customer

Irony of my entire time using suburban taxi , fortnightly collection and return 5 days a week, addresses provided for destination etc, no matter how many times they stated " it would be rectified, due to poor service" at least three days of each week using suburban taxi there's always a issue. Dispatch had correct address, drivers used Google. Confusion b.s. and teflon

Booked a taxi for 1/10/2020 10.30AM. From Prospect to QEH. I was very concerned as to weather the cab will be on time, after reading some of the shocking reviews, cabs arriving late, or not at all, this from both taxi companies. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the taxi arrived on time. Clean cab, very pleasant, well mannered driver. even thou it was a fixed fare, he still asked if I preferred a particular route. It was a pleasant experience. I believe his name is Saad. Booking 25783759

I got ripped off! The taxi driver over charged me $30 I checked my online banking as soon as he dropped me off. He swiped the card never gave me my receipt. When I rang the company they told me the correct amount I was meant to be charged. Countless attempts to get my money back because I was ripped off yet management have never done anything about it. I don’t understand someone can rip you off like that and get away with it. Do not travel with this company this has made me see why so many people are choosing uber.

You book a taxi you expect one to be sent out to you but i waited an hour(said 30mins max) and nothing, so i rang up and they hadnt even dispatched one to me and said oh na sorry cant send one at all. This is why uber is way better cuz taxi drivers are lazy and dont actually wanna work for ya money unlike uber drivers who will actually work for it
