Michael Kelly provided professional services in order to achieve a grant of probate for my step-father in Queensland Supreme Court jurisdiction. This was a complex matter, in that both executors do not live in Queensland. My brother lives in New Zealand and I live in Victoria. Michael was able to simplify the process for us and coordinate documentation across jurisdictions, whilst providing guidance and updates on the status the process. i would highly recommend Generations Law, Michael went above and beyond with a minimum of fuss and no additional costs to the original quote.
