At the start of this visa application process, I was reluctant to spend the money to engage a migration expert thinking that having worked for Government departments myself that I would have the necessary skills to assist my partner with his application. It became pretty clear that even after undertaking significant research online, my understanding of the requirements and laws governing Australian Immigration was minimal! Immigration law is very specialized and the application process is highly stressful and expensive. Following conversations with several Immigration Law firms, we decided on Migration Mind and are so thankful that we did. Whilst the process was still stressful, Valeria and her team successfully guided us through the process significantly reducing stress along the way. During my dealings with Valeria she was professional, responsive and always available for a chat, debrief or just a kind word to alleviate my concerns/anxiety. When considering the departments lengthy visa processing timeframes, and the ongoing contact required with migration lawyers, I would consider the cost to be reasonable. If you are considering engaging the services of a migration professional I would highly recommend Valeria and her team at Migration Mind. I had very high expectations and they were fully satisfied.
