Be careful with Scotty.nnFinal cost was significantly more (60%) than the original quote - I was charged extra for not supplying long enough bolts with the fan I bought from Beacon, he had to send someone to Bunnings. Also the patio light needed to be changed to a smaller light due to complaints from tenants about it being too bright, I was charged for the large LED fluro they removed and couldn't re-use.nnPam (admin/office) and Temanea (electrician on site) on the other hand are great, and a pleasure to deal with.nnScott can just be a difficult bloke to deal with if things don't go his way.nnI won't be using Keid again.
