Solar Service Guys

When asked by Origin to checkout our solar system, the Solar Service Guys didn't hesitate. They arranged to show up the next day when my wife worked from home and that also applied when it came time to remove the old unit, they arranged a time when my wife would be home working so we didn't need to take time off from work.nThey are very professional and their work ethics are great. Would re-use and recommend their service to anyone.nThanks again

Not very impressed.nHaving read the positive google reviews I was expecting more.nUpfront they want $250 to inspect the system. Took 2 days before they called me back to book an appointment time which was another 7 days later.nThe inspection was completed and I was told I need my DC isolator replaced but they could not do it today and could not quote me a price. Another few days past and i had to chase them up for a quote. As a small issue i'm not sure why they quoted me to replace 2 isolators when only 1 was faulty. (started to feel suspicious they are overcharging unnecessary work)nAgain another week past before they could come out to replace the isolator. After replacing the isolator things still didn't work and they tell me now one of my solar panels are faulty.nI asked if they could replace or remove the faulty panel and was told it was better i replace all the panels because this would be cheaper than finding the faulty one. (they system is 5 years old)nI don't understand the point of the $250 first inspection if they didn't work out the problem. I doubt they tested the isolator to see if it was faulty.nI don't feel they know what they are doing and they are taking me for a ride.

Excellent experience from the polite reception when I booked to the Report on completion.nA follow up call with an earlier opportunity was welcome.nThey arrived on time. The Technicians were proficient and I felt comfortable they were providing exactly what I had expected.nThe comprehensive report which was very detailed and simple to understand was perfect.nI knew my system was working fine and I know who I will be contacting if we need assistance with our Solar product.

I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from Solar Guys, right from the receptionist who took my initial call, through to the gentlemen who cam to do the service. They were exceptionally polite and explained their findings when done. Did a wonderful job of cleaning our solar panels too. Would highly recommend them.nThank younnElizabeth

We had the guys come out and they were very thorough in checking the system and reporting back to us promptly. We did however feel that there weren’t any other options on offer other than the Tesla system they quoted for battery setups. So that wasn’t very impressive. Good job on checking our system though.
