Excellent service , Luke came within 4 hours of calling Purple Patch Doors., Professional phone manner and quick service, which is very unusual with tradies today. Luke called 20 mins before arrival, went through the work needed, which I could clearly see. Good job, the 15 year old door is fixed with new parts, running well, overall cost was satisfactory, auto doors are not cheap to repair, to be expected.. Happy customer would recommend. . .

I have used Purple Patch Doors for many years and before me was my Mother whom I took over once she retired. From the moment I called and spoke to Kate on the phone she answered all of my questions and was able to book in my client (real estate). Followed up the day before and then while the technicians were there they quoted the price before going ahead. Overall it's a 5 star experience and I will continue to use and recommend them. Thanks to Purple Patch roller doors....in particular Megan who took my call today and moved jobs around to fit in the repair of my roller door, as, they were booked out.nnI can understand now why they are so popular and in demand.....great service....thanks to Michael who not only came out from another job to diagnose the issue with my roller door... after 5pm, he drove back to his place of work at Coopers Plains from Mount Gravatt East to pick up more parts for the job and repaired the door and also checked out the workings of the door and motor to advise me the motor will need to be repaired in the future. I really appreciated this information.nnGreat service, Great price with a 'Can do work ethic'
