Horrible customer service. It's a shame no negative stars that I can give. The staff in the store were amazingly rude.nIs that the way you deal with customers? I placed RIGHT order but you got wrong order and I paid more price with surcharge. I just rechecked my order for sure and I realized you got wrong. I requested refund but not fully refund? ?? How ridiculous! And you blame me that I ordered wrong? SERIOUSLY?nI really wanna have a chat about your customer service with you owner.

Horrible service, very rudely! I called to get some information and I am sure the staff heard me (she said she can hear me) but during asking questions, she stopped my call without any notification. I called back then she did the same thing. If you don't want to answer any question, do not pick up your phone!

The customer service lady has a very gentle attitude. For the first time, the customer service staff responded carefully to help solve many problems. Very pleasant experience, will come in the future
