Ist time was very nervous as been thinking about it for a while. From the time we entered felt so relaxed. Hosts were so nice and made us feel at home. Venue very nice spa excellent and clean. Will definitely come back again highly recommended. My only recommendation is some pillows in the rooms would be nice. Thanks

Overpriced and music so loud you found not hear conversations. Spa did not work. Host was nice but no interaction after you got there. Have been to much better. Very clicky crowd

It is overpriced for the service quality, Perty much worn and very small, moreover the smoking smell is every where due to permanent open door of the smoking area, the towels and the spa is very moist and has mould smell, the tv is off most of the time or frozen, some single females and males comes there permenantly and can easily complain against you this be kikked out for no obvious reason and they can deside on behalf of the management which make it very strange and unsafe

First time at such a venue ever. Felt really comfortable. The rules were followed.nMinus one star for the music and the down stairs sound system.nNothing sleazy, no drugs, actually really tame compared to what you would imagine as an outsider to the scene.nnBYO alcohol, and saw the staff refuse to give one patron any more of their own wine and they handed them a glass of water instead.nWow. If only all places in our culture were this responsible towards their patrons'safety.

I am a single lady and have never felt so comfortable, the staff are amazing and I love going to Mike's
