It's ok

Drive thru was very quick. Took my children there for kids meals and was very happy with the service. Jasmine was very nice to me and ensured I had received all my food. Overall! 10/10

Is this the worst store in Queensland. Staff were playing the fool in the kitchen while customers lined up. The kitchen was disgusting, food over the floor and for a good 10min none at the counter.

This HJs is normally alright. Burgers seem good, frozen colas better filled than the local Maccas and imo tastes better, though they've run out on occasions. Fries are normally fresh, but last time I got them in a cup with nuggets, they were hard and shriveled, inedible, like they'd been sitting there since the day before. Just had to toss them out, was a bit annoying as bought them for one of my kids and was already home so could return. Still overall in my experience they seem more good, and rarely bad.

This is by far the worst Hungry Jacks in Brisbane. I went in today an ordered lunch and waited 15 minutes only to be told my order would be 3 more minutes. If you want good service and great food DONT GO TO SPRINGWOOD HUNGRY JACKS. Drive down to smaller park and loganholme and go to hungry jacks there, the service is better and wait times are far less.nnSPRINGWOOD HUNGRY JACKS IS THE DIRTIEST AND WORSE SERVING HUNGRY JACKS IN BRISBANE BY FAR. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
