Domino's Pizza Springwood (QLD)

One of our pizzas had cheese on only 1 side, so it was extremely dry, it was the double bacon cheese burger and it had only 3 pieces of bacon on it. The other 2 were edible but had no flavour, especially the chicken one. A couple of weeks ago we got pizzas delivered from the chatswood Hills store and they were beautiful. Fresh and steaming hot even after delivery. This is not the first time we have received bad pizzas from this store so will never be going back and will be telling all our friends and family not to go there. I had to basically cut the slices myself

First of all, when my partner called to order our pizzas, the operator told him he didn't have to pay over the phone, because the drivers carry eftpos machines, but in fact, they don't. Our pizzas arrived and none of them were cooked properly, the dough was still soft, and my partner was also overcharged for an extra garlic bread, which he didn't order. We called them and they willingly fixed the order, reimbursed my partner of the extra garlic bread and replaced the pizzas... only to get ANOTHER pizza that was uncooked! I ate some of my cooked Hawaiian pizza and today have woken up with what I suspect might be a touch of food poisoning. Going to the doctor to find out for sure, but at this point, I honestly don't recommend this Dominos outlet.

It's Dominos so expect cheaply made pizza. Only, it use to be they'd miss a topping here or there, or really skimp... now it's lucky if you get the pizza you order. Kids are quite particular, don't want the hassle sometimes, but then it becomes a hassle if instead of meatlovers you get Godfather or instead of tomato sauce creme freche or whatever it is. Then you call up, and sure they may give you a replacement in the future for just one pizza or so, but sometimes you just want what you ordered that very night so it's all hassle free. Pizza Hut is nearby, ordered there once, and was surprised to see the topping so evenly spread, and really in adequate amounts + the sizes were much bigger than dominos ever dwindling sizes (and now you must pay extra to upsize). Sadly kids tastebuds are wired to Dominoes since that is all we've routinely bought, but now I'm thinking, it's gotten so bad, perhaps a few times getting Pizza Hut and their tastebuds will adjust. Sorry Dominos. You've stuffed up too many times, so time to give another a real try.

Staff is nice and good customer service. Although the pizza I had, was not the best in the town

Great Staff, l rely on a walking-stick, (Heavily) & they always offer to carry my order to my car. Cheers.
