Honestly after having to deal with a few different real-estate agents through my years and seeing my parents go through hell with other real-estate agents. Coronis Springwood is by far the most amazing real-estate agent around And Amazing is putting it lightly, They are the most kindest, caring and professional agents. If you have a question or need nothing is ever to big or to hard to handle they will handle anything in a timely manor and get the best outcome. They don't put a nose up to you when you rent like others, As i have felt judged and let down by other real-estate agents due to being a rental. Honestly thank you for being amazing all around.

We have a rental property looked after by Coronis. Their Manager, Liz Parker had been a very helpful and a professional person to us in managing this property. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided by Coronis and in particular, Liz Parker.

It’s very hard to find someone who will look after your property like it’s their own home. I am thankful I have Liz from Coronis Springwood looking after mine. I appreciate how she takes the time to explain certain things I don’t understand and I can trust that she will always get back to me as soon as she can. The emails I receive from Coronis keep me up to date with all the essential information that is very useful to know.

With Coronis, we were treated with respect and decency. Being a property manager is a tough job with so many different stakeholders to keep happy. We found Liz and her team at Coronis Springwood are very helpful to be genuinely a delight to deal with. Overall I would recommend them as property managers for both owners and tenants - they help the owners to look after their properties as well as leave decent tenants who pay their rent and respect the property.
