I love this Bunnings even though it is not the closest one to where I live.nI enjoy walking through the shop with the helpful staff that always know where the items you are looking for are exactly saving you loads of time.nI have to say that the sausage sizzlers on Saturdays are always enjoyable and supporting the local charities is always a good excuse for one or two with onions....

Bunnings at Acacia Ridge is very new and a great place to shop! We love visiting there as the staff are so helpful and can direct you to what you want instantly. This saves you time and eliminates any frustration in trying to find things. If you live in the area, make sure you drop in and have a look around. You can even get a great coffee there and all parking is under cover. Give it a look! Cheers, Ian

Management need to take a good hard look at themselves.nAbsolutely no staff on a Sunday. The customer service at the sausage sizzle was more enthusiastic than anybody in this store.nWaited for more than 15 minutes for some help in aisle 55. To no avail... just gave up. Self service checkouts were closed and only one cashier open.nFinally second cashier comes to open up and she is soooo not interested in being there.nnWent in for 4 items came out with one.nNot a happy Sunday and will not be back to this store.

Very nice and big, lots of parking and undercover which is good, nice and tidy inside and really easy to find what you want. The only downfall is the lack of staff, its very hard to find someone who will help you, there has been a few times I went there, and a few female sales people were quiet rude to me, and laughed at me as I was walking away. Would've gave 5 stars but you really need to train your staff better.

The trade desk was the only location near the main entrance where two registers were open on a busy Saturday afternoon. I am unsure why the auto check-out or other registers were closed. There seemed to plenty of staff throughout the store. Using the trade desk to serve customers does not help with social distancing, or reduce the customer wait time. The lighting in the carpark also needs to be improved.
