Positive: they may have a tool that you can't find elsewhere.nNEGATIVE: once you bought from them (as I bought a bad grinder), you're on your own. Jaden (the manager) basically said it's not their problem and the vendor should give their money back before they refund.nIf you need any tool, you need to buy from somewhere who care and understand customer support. Pretty much anywhere but Sydney tools.
excellent tool shop, I won't shop anywhere else now. huge range, great customer service and discounts on big orders. I was served by Lachlan last night and he was a happy go lucky type, very knowledgeable and helpful. 11/10 A++

Great assortment of tools as anyone would expect. Prices good. Service was good, except that the sales guy didn't suggest I buy the quick release connections for the air hose I bought for the compressor I just bought. I couldn't use it and will have to make another trip to buy the connectors. Would have given 5 stars. Will buy from someone closer.
