I went in to ask for an extension on my car wash voucher due to this long rainy season. The male staff showed no empathy and simply said weather is not our problem. Great Customer Service (rolling eyes:(

Terrible customer service! Never greet, no polite words to customers..No patience until we scan our flybuys card or fuel discount docket. This is my second same bad experience at this place.. Never come here again!

Just an average place with the potential to be the best around. The problem is that pumps are often not operational. Even worse, if you come here hoping to use the vacumn after filling up don't be surprised to find the equipment out of order for long periods. Best to phone prior. Unreliable.

This has go to be the least likeable fuel station that I have been to, I used to always drive to coles express for a car wash on the north side and they where always operating. But this Runcorn store has no proper maintainance of the car wash loud noises while the brushes wash the car and I have been coming here almost 5 days a week for the past 4 weeks only to get into wash my car as I had bought the car wash to use and only used it once and that's it. Every time I was here it was closed always closed. The staff suggested I came back the next day and still was closed. The car wash even takes a long time to wash. Has it become old?
