Karl Chehade Dry Cleaning

Go to Tip Top Dry cleaners and Alterations at Tea Tree Plaza if you need alterations done on the same day plus they don't charge you an 'express' service charge like Golden Grove. I have gone in 3 times and left disappointed by their lack of focus on customer service and their charges are excessive. I won't be back!

Website said they have FREE pickup & delivery from home or office ("Coming to QLD SOON"), however the staff at the Golden Grove site were not aware of this service and said that NO dry cleaner does it unless maybe if its for a house full of curtains. When I told her it was on their own website, she said, "No." Left a message with their 1-300 number requesting a call back on this point, still no answer. ALSO... some of their locations (like the one nearest me) are only "drop off by noon/pick up AFTER 4PM the next day" locations: so you can't get a same day service, let alone a 1-hr service because they don't dry clean your stuff, they send it away somewhere. None of this information is on the website. They may or may not be any good at actual dry-cleaning, I haven't seen any compelling arguments about that.
