I want to thank Katie and Corey from Coronis for selling my Coorparoo property. It went under contract in a week and had over 40 people attend the first open. Sensational results. They were both extremely professional and most helpful, they kept me informed all the way. They worked well together, had a relaxed outlook and were flexible, patient and supportive. Katie, bless her cotton socks, even helped me clean when I agreed to early possession. I highly recommend Coronis as they have a young, fresh team with lots of experience and appeal which got me the result I wanted. Thank you.

We have nothing but praise for the way Coronis has managed our property. Our Property Manager, Emma, is always accessible and acts quickly to resolve issues. She keeps us informed in all matters. She is very fair minded and has not only our interest at heart, but also that of our tenants. She acts promptly when maintenance is required. As far as we have experienced, the service people that Coronis employs are competent, prompt and competitive.

My agent was very flexible on inspection times and informative at the inspection. I had my application in that night and was accepted the next afternoon. My agent was so easy to work in with and flexible on a move in date. She was very responsive to my queries and since moving in I haven't had any issues with the property and feel like I've scored a 10/10 property at such great value. I couldn't recommend Coronis Inner North enough!

We have been so pleased with the service that we receive from our Property Manager, Rebekah at Coronis. She has always responded to any issues or concerns that we have with a respectful and courteous manner. We have recommend to my Daughter the benefits of having a property manager, as she was considering self managing.nGenerally we fill confident that our property is well looked after.
